First and foremost every employee from the top down should understand that the reason they he or she receives a paycheck is to assist in maximizing the shareholders honest return on investment.

At the same time the employees must also:

  • • protect the shareholders by making honest and ethical decisions;
  • • maximize the client/customer relatiohship;
  • • contribute to a safe and rewarding workplace;
  • • treat each vendor relationship ethically and with respect.
